Here’s how it works… You pay the license transfer fee charged by the state to transfer your license to AMWRE Referral Company LLC. You will continue to do your Continuing Education and renew your license. 

If at some point you get an opportunity, and you WANT to go active. It’s super easy to move you to our sister company, AMW Real Estate, or rejoin your previous brokerage.
